You can cancel your subscription directly through your device's app store settings:

No. When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Elemental Ridge directly.

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
Google Play
Visit the Google Play Help Center or go to your subscription settings to request a refund.
Open the app and go to Settings, then look for a Delete Account or Delete My Data option. If you cannot find it in the app, use the contact form below and we will process your request within 30 days.
